About the Company:
Our client is a leading Financial planning firm with a tight knit team. Our client provides holistic advice to HNW affluent clients with the goal of providing customers with an effective strategy to help them achieve their financial goals within a timeframe. 
 
Our clients currently have a few other CSMs in the team so you will work with a team and have support around you. This role will be ideal for you if you are an ambitious experienced Paraplanner or CSM and we are very keen to support your career progression ambitions. 
 
The Role:
  • Develop accurate and succinct holistic Statements of Advice
  • Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
  • Manage planner's diary, book appointments and preparing for meetings
  • Research products, strategies and technical issues to ensure knowledge is kept current
  • Review PDS documentation
  • Deep understanding of risk and compliance in relation to investments, insurance, superannuation both simple and complex strategies
  • Management of client portfolios
  • Work with advisers to develop quality advice for clients
  • Data entry into XPLAN ensuring client records are up to date
Skills & Experience:
  • Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry
  • Bachelor degree in Financial Planning or currently studying 
  • Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN
  • Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills
