This position is the ideal position if you are a recent Financial Planning Graduate or have experience working as an adviser assistant looking to progress your career.

The Role:
  • Working with Financial Planners on strategy development and research for clients
  • Provide financial advisers with technical support within a changing legislative landscape
  • Manage and respond to client queries within specific time frames
  • Preparation and implementation of statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA)
  • Maintain client interactions, files and database records (XPLAN)
  • Work collaboratively in a team to improve various business processes
Skills & Experience:
  • Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry supporting a Financial Advisor
  • XPLAN experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Must have a can-do attitude
