We are currently recruiting for a DAF Operator for Baiada who are one of the regions leading manufacturers. Chandler Macleod have partnered with Baiada to assist them in sourcing reliable and motivated staff to join the team at their Beresfield processing facility.

This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with an industry leader and earn some great money along the way.

The role:
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Rotating roster consisting of day and night shifts
  • $35.35 per hour + overtime + allowances
  • Preparation of equipment for start of production, shutdown of equipment, and monitoring equipment during production
  • Performing checks on water waste and making minor adjustments of machinery
  • May also be required to complete general maintenance around the site

Essential Criteria:
  • Must hold a current LF ticket
  • Proven reliability and attendance record
  • Able to follow safety procedures
  • Physically able to work in a manual and repetitive role (lifting up to 25kg)
  • Have a reliable method of transport to the site
  • Must have full working rights within Australia
  • Double vaccination against Covid-19
