You will be responsible for ensuring quality product is produced safely and efficiently according to our clients process and standards.

    Safety & Hygiene:
    You will be required to maintain a safe working environment, use all equipment as per safety instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. Wear personal protective safety equipment/uniform where required. Maintain work area in a clean hygienic condition. Ensure personal hygiene and housekeeping is of a high standard in line with company policies.

    Duties: (including but not limited to)
  • Forklift (highly regarded)
  • Run selected equipment under supervision of a full time employee until able to demonstrate the skills required.
  • Understands and fills in appropriate quality checks.
  • Record down time of machinery.
  • Lubrication of production machinery equipment.
  • General VDU skills (e.g. operate screens on systems, operate label applicators, coders etc).
  • Understands and undertakes quality control/assurance.
  • Procedures including the ability to recognize basic quality deviations and faults
  • Responsible for the quality of their work.
  • Picking raw materials and packaging for production.
  • Participate in workplace teams and meetings.
  • Carry out flavour changes and line changes after appropriate training.
