Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Operations Support for a ongoing position.

Position Overview

The Operations Support Coordinator position is part of the centralised administration function which provides administration support across the department on a as required basis.

Reporting to the Administration Services Manager, the position provides administration support across the following areas:

  • Executive group comprising the President, Vice President and Secretary General
  • Drs4Drs Program, -Human Resources and Advocacy Departments
  • Awards and scholarships
  • Professional Services Review
  • Backup administration support as part of the centralised administration service delivery.

The type of administrative support is driven by calendar events and ad-hoc requirements. Service delivery will be prioritised by agreement with requesters. Support to the Executive group will always have the highest priority.

Primary accountabilities:

President, Vice President and Secretary General

  • Provide a range of secretariat and administration support services as delegated, such as:
  • Diary management support;
  • Coordinating engagements, RSVP's and meetings;
  • Coordinating correspondence and supply of briefing notes.
  • Drs4Drs Program
  • Collate and supply board papers (x 4 meetings per year)
  • Organising meetings and travel / accommodation
  • General administration support Advise and guide end users on usage
