About the role:

  • You will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and dealing with a number of moderately complex queries
  • You will be supporting a National Delivery team with reviewing, assessing and approving plans, scheduling reviews, payments etc
  • You will be responsible for record keeping duties including tracking and scheduling
  • You will be researching and reviewing decisions regarding routine cases and managing moderately complex cases
  • You will be working with key stakeholders to promote services and functions

About you:

  • Experience with supporting people with a disability
  • Strong and adaptable communication and interpersonal skills
  • High capability in relationship building
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding or lived experience of disability
  • You will have a driving license and your own vehicle, as you may be required to attend remote or regional areas

Benefits:

  • Temporary assignment until 30th June 2022
  • Brisbane CBD location
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
  • $41.64 per hour plus super
