About the role:
An unparalleled opportunity has arisen for an efficient and effective team player to help shape and implement the operational approach to the rollout of critical housing projects for a Federal Government department that makes genuine positive impacts in peoples' lives. You will collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve enormous positive influence on the lives of people living with disability.


What Will Your Duties Include?

  • Undertaking delegated decisions and supporting National Delivery with reviewing, assessing and approving participant's plans, schedule reviews, assistive technology, payments and access tasks.
  • Assessing, reviewing and providing feedback on planning decisions in accordance with the Department Rules and relevant guidance.
  • Undertaking record keeping activities, including adhering to process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Researching and reviewing decisions regarding routine cases and managing moderately complex cases with the assistance of staff at higher classification levels.

Skills & Experience:

  • Track record of working efficiently and effectively within a fast-paced operations environment
  • Natural people disposition with a love of working with and persuading and influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve great all-round outcomes.
  • Excellent ability to interpret information and form meaningful conclusions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Tertiary Qualifications within a relevant disciple is desirable but not essential.
