The focus of Workforce Services is to deliver staffing, labour-hire and recruitment services to the manufacturing, logistics, trades, FMCG, mining and other ‘blue collar’ industries.

Our Western Sydney Branch, is seeking an on-site consultant to compliment the team and deliver exceptional service to our client located in Western Sydney. You will be the onsite representative for Chandler Macleod in a busy warehouse environment. No two days will be the same. To be successful for this position you must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

You will be accountable for:

• Compliance to Occupational Health and Safety processes
• Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Develop client relationships to build successful working partnerships
• Proactively support our company’s cultural drivers and lead by example
• Candidate and Client database management
• Sourcing Activity and job filling

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Friendly and professional communication, interpersonal and customer focus skills
• Experience in client service, blue collar recruitment in high volume accounts or onsite management of large workforces
• Strong administrative and process driven skills
• Drive to learn, develop and achieve and work autonomously

Requirement for this role is flexibility with starting hours. Your day may start at 5am some days and then later to cover afternoon shift as well.
