The focus of Workforce Services is to deliver staffing, labour-hire and recruitment services to the manufacturing, logistics, trades, FMCG, mining and other 'blue collar' industries.
Due to recent win with a major client, our Western Sydney Branch, is seeking an on-site consultant for a 6-12 month contract to compliment the team and deliver exceptional service to our client located in Western Sydney. You will be the onsite representative for Chandler Macleod in a busy warehouse environment. No two days will be the same.

You will be accountable for:

  • Compliance to Occupational Health and Safety processes
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Develop client relationships to build successful working partnerships
  • Proactively support our company's cultural drivers and lead by example
  • Candidate and Client database management
  • Sourcing Activity and job filling

    To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Friendly and professional communication, interpersonal and customer focus skills
  • Experience in client service, recruitment or come from a warehouse background
  • Strong administrative and process driven skills
  • Drive to learn, develop and achieve and work autonomously
