We are currently seeking for a Office Manager on behalf of our client who is one of the world’s most trusted CRM platforms whom strives to help with marketing, sales, commerce, service and IT teams, work as one from anywhere.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day facilities and operations of the building’s office space.
About the role:
Working in a small corporate team you will:
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Monitor Cleanliness of facility
  • Maintain stock levels for office equipment
  • Coordinate maintenance of facilities such as meeting rooms, lockers and appliances
  • Assist in maintaining Barista
  • Move furniture and be able to lift up to 20kgs
  • Help make the office a great place to work
About You:
As the Office Manager, you will:
  • Have Corporate Reception and admin experience
  • Have related hands-on facility experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrate efficiencies across a range of office coordination functions
  • Take pride in delivering work to the highest standard
  • Have excellent time management and teamwork skills
  • Have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
  • Be Tech savvy with proficiency with Google applications
  • $35 - $45 / Hours + Super
  • Full Time Role: Mon - Fri
  • Brisbane CBD Location
  • ASAP start Date
  • 1 Year Contract (Possible extension)
