Office Coordinator

Our client is a market leader in providing height safety systems and solutions within the building and construction industry. Our safety systems are specially designed and engineered to eliminate the risks associated with residential construction.

We are currently looking for an energetic and friendly Office Coordinator to support the busy Keysborough office.

The Role

This newly created role offers flexibility and variety for a motivated and organised professional. Hours are flexible for the right candidate.

You will be:

  • Supporting the coordination of events and office functions
  • New employee administration and onboarding support
  • Book training and support the People and Culture team as required
  • Organise catering
  • Collection and coordinate mail
  • Process expenses and claims for management team
  • Liaise with payroll, purchasing and accounts regarding employee payments

The Person

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • No job is too hard for you!
