Chandler Macleod are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our client, a leading organisation that builds and maintains major infrastructure development across Sydney. This role is starting out as a 6 month full time, temporary assignmnet with potential to go permanent.

Role is based 2 days from Eastern Creek, 2 days from Pennant hills and 1 day from home

The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Administrative support to the team
  • Ordering supplies and stationary
  • Administration of corporate credit cards
  • Overseeing fleet management
  • Managing multiple inboxes and triaging emails
  • Event coordination (ordering catering, booking meetings)
  • Assist with project administation
  • Maintaining the office ensuring it is neat and tidy, board rooms are set up
  • Assisting with reception

    To be suitable for this role you will have:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a previous office administration position
  • Previous experience working with a complex business model highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient use of IT systems in particular Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Adaptability to changing requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven experience working with sensitive/confidential information
