Our Chandler Macleod Singleton Office is seeking an experienced part time payroll/office administrator. This will be 3 days a week 8 hrs a day, Monday and Tuesday for payroll the third day can be negotiated.

Duties will include:

  • Weekly payroll for over 200 candidates
  • Updating spreadsheets ie training records, personal information
  • Booking medicals and inductions
  • Reference checking
  • Phone screening when required
  • Ordering PPE and stationery
  • General administration duties/answering phones
  • Customer Service

To be considered you must have:

  • Previous experience in administration and payroll
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
  • Be highly efficient in excel and word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be reliable and a team player

We are looking to fill this role immediately the successful applicant must be able to work over the XMAS period.
