Chandler Macleod, on behalf of our clients, are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist. Our client is a dynamic, innovative aged care organisation offering quality, inspirational living experiences to its resident communityto implement restorative care programs, including pain management programs, exercise-based interventions and falls prevention programs.

You will have both residential and community contact, and will be working with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents and consumers are living their best life possible.

About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications with AHPRA registration
  • Relevant experience within a residential aged care context an advantage
  • Ability to work in both the community and residential aged care setting
  • Highly developed assessment and case management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of re-ablement service provision using a restorative and wellness approach
  • Experience in equipment prescription, pressure care and falls prevention for older adults
  • Clear and effective customer service and communication skills
  • A demonstrated high level of computer skills
