About the role:
In this role, you will be performing work that involves team leadership and management.
You will be expected to provide detailed technical, policy and operational support in relation to complex problems. You also may be required to coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, project management and policy development.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Designing and monitoring internal quality assurance processes.
  • Analysing NCC performance to recommend process and procedural changes.
  • Supporting teams delivering services in the NCC.
  • Coordinating and drafting correspondence and reports.
  • Contributing insights relating to branch risk and performance and quality management

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience within a similar role; Government experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Experience as a team leader who can management to targets and KPI's.
  • Ideally has worked with an outsourcer as a key stakeholder.
  • Ideally has managed a Quality team in a contact centre environment
  • Understands Quality Frameworks and their purpose.
  • Can interpret data into meaningful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
