Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced APS4 My Health Record Registration Support Officer to join a leading Federal Government agency. This is an immediate start with a contract term of 12 months and based in Sydney NSW.

Role description:
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the MHR Registration Support Officer is responsible for assisting aged care service providers e.g. Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) and Multi-Purpose Services (MPSs) with residential beds providers in registering for the My Health Record system. Under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, this individual will liaise directly with RACFs and MPSs personnel, as well as internal stakeholders to deliver activities to register RACFs and MPSs to the My Health Record system.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Assist the Project Manager with initial data analysis, to identify RACF and MPS provider scope/lists from the data sources, to inform inputs into the Registration Planning (approach options, constraints etc.)
  • Assist Aged Care Service Providers e.g. (Residential Aged Care Facilities and Multi-Purpose Services) register their organisations with the My Health Record System (MHR).
  • Support and assist queries on the MHR Registration process from the Aged Care Service Providers
  • Perform data analysis using tools like MS Excel
  • Provide ad hoc education e.g. value proposition of MHR to Aged Care providers
  • Provide regular updates on key activities, document feedback and raise risks and issues to the Project Manager
  • Update Aged Care provider data in customer relationship management tool (CRM)
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Program/Project teams and promote Agency values to achieve delivery
  • Assist Project Manager with preparation of material to support the end-to-end MHR Registration processes and other corporate documentation as required
