Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a My Health Record (MHR) Registration Support Officer on a contract for 12 months with 1x12 months extension option.

Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities:

The MHR Registration Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Assist the Project Manager with initial data analysis, to identify RACF and MPS provider scope/lists from the data sources, to inform inputs into the Registration Planning (approach options, constraints etc.)
  • Assist Aged Care Service Providers e.g. (Residential Aged Care Facilities and Multi-Purpose Services) register their organisations with the My Health Record System (MHR).
  • Support and assist queries on the MHR Registration process from the Aged Care Service Providers
  • Perform data analysis using tools like MS Excel
  • Provide ad hoc education e.g. value proposition of MHR to Aged Care providers
  • Provide regular updates on key activities, document feedback and raise risks and issues to the Project Manager
  • Update Aged Care provider data in customer relationship management tool (CRM)
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Program/Project teams and promote Agency values to achieve delivery
  • Assist Project Manager with preparation of material to support the end-to-end MHR Registration processes and other corporate documentation as required
