Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS4 My Health Record (MHR) Registration Support Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The MHR Registration Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Assist the Senior Project Manager with initial data analysis, to identify RACF and MPS provider scope/lists from the data sources, to inform inputs into the Registration Planning (approach options, constraints etc.)
  • Assist Aged Care Service Providers e.g. (Registered Aged Care Facilities and Multi-Purpose Services) register their organisations with the My Health Record System (MHR).
  • Support and assist queries on the MHR Registration process from the Aged Care Service Providers
  • Perform data analysis using tools like MS Excel
  • Provide ad hoc education e.g. value proposition of MHR to Aged Care providers
  • Provide regular updates on key activities, document feedback and raise risks and issues to the Senior Project Manager
  • Update Aged Care provider data in customer relationship management tool (CRM)
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Program/Project teams and promote Agency values to achieve delivery
  • Assist Senior Project Manager with preparation of material to support the end-to-end MHR Registration processes and other corporate documentation as required

  • Have a good understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
Independence and decision-making
  • Make decisions with some autonomy that relate to role and area of speciality. Supervision is generally limited to work of moderate complexity or difficulty.
  • Make decisions within defined parameters relating to the area of responsibility that impact on the work area or specific function, but the impact on agency operations and resources is limited.
  • Apply judgement, knowledge and limited discretion in interpreting and applying legislation, instructions, guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform research and analysis activities and report on findings.
Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on moderately complex operational and administrative matters.
  • Resolve moderately complex enquiries from stakeholders and provide information and advice as a representative of the work area.
  • Build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships within defined parameters.
  • Represent the work area at internal and external meetings and conferences.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency
  • Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
  • Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
