Our clients are a market leading financial planning and mortgage broking firm experiencing exponential growth. We are looking for a experienced broker with over 3 years working in the lending space whether you come from a bank or another brokerage.

They pride themselves on a great work life balance initiatives and support. You will have uncapped commissions and market leading base salary.


The Role:

  • Understanding and qualifiying customer needs and objectives to match suitable loan options
  • Build and retain strong client relationship with existing and newly referred clients
  • Identifying and sourcing new business opportunities
  • Tracking loan applications to actively monitor/manage them from client agreement to the solution through to submission.
  • Understand and apply current compliance requirements
  • Network to develop your client source and database with assistance provided from the business

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Experience with residential purchases and refinance
  • proven experience writing over $2 million per month
  • Ideally 3+ years or more experience in lending services (prior experience in mortgage broking is not essential)
  • Must have certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
