As the Medical Receptionist you will be the first point of contact, so important that you are well presented and approachable with a calm and positive disposition. Exceptional organisation skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential qualities, as is the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Proven reception experience - must be in a private medical or allied health practice.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Must have neat and professional presentation.
  • A proactive, positive and 'can-do' attitude.
