Media Sales Consultants required in either Orange or Bathurst. The Media Sales Consultant will work as part of a leading Regional Media Company who provides multi-media advertising solutions to the local business landscape across print, online, mobile and search platforms.

Currently looking for a self-motivated, Media Sales Consultant for a permanent full-time opportunity with an immediate start.

About the role:
The role will be digital-first, focusing on digital and print media sales, meticulous account management and exemplary customer service, with an exciting mix of existing customers and new business/cold calling.

Reporting to the Local Sales Manager, this is an exciting role and is fundamental in executing the progressive growth sales strategy. The role is predominantly based on servicing our existing customers and with a strong focus on new business development throughout the region.

Key responsibilities:
• Working to achieve the sales revenue targets for the region
• Identifying opportunities and generating leads, resulting in new business
• Attending client meetings and conducting presentations, negotiating and following through to finalisation of print and digital bookings
• Account management and providing excellence in customer service & professionally handling client interactions
• Developing client and industry relationships

Skills and Experience:
• Experience within media/advertising
• Experience working with accounts and sales
• Project management experience is highly desired but not essential
• A strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• High level of sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Double vaccinated for COVID
