The Opportunity

Long-term tenure (ongoing casual with potential for fulltime) with regular hours, and the possibility to work overtime as required. Becoming an integral member of an industry-leading company including discounts on all products - exclusive to employees only. Ongoing buddy system training on current and new products provided. Exposure to BASF - Building a Solid Foundation Program.

We are wanting enthusiastic pick packers, assemblers and labourers to work in Fitting Kits Department, Alloy Department and Powdercoating Department, Inwards/Outwards Department, Welding Departments, Painting Department and Assembly Department.

These roles require successful applicants to be flexible for shifts operating across day, afternoon and nights, Monday to Friday, potential for overtime and weekends depending on workflow. Dayshift 7.30am - 3.36pm. Afternoon Shift 3.30pm - 11.36pm

Key responsibilities

  • Picking, packing, assembling fitting kits for bull bars, side rails, rear bars and canopy products
  • Picking, packing, assembling of alloy and steel bull bars
  • Loading and removing raw products on and off the powdercoat line for storage and/or dispatch
  • Wrapping, boxing and palletising to be transported Locally, Nationally and Internationally
  • The use of various hand tools
  • General housekeeping
  • Adhering to all OH&S Policies and Procedures inclusive of Standard Operating Procedures


Required Skills, Behaviours and Experience

  • A team mindset; recognising that the company's success depends on effective teamwork.
  • The capacity to grasp concepts easily including reading and following SOP's.
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental regulatory requirements.
  • Adhering to ARB's manual handling policy including use of lifting aids or asking for assistance when lifting heavy or bulky loads.
  • Committed and practical approach to safety including the wellbeing of colleagues.
  • Drive, initiative and ability to multi-task
