Role Summary:
  • Specialize and coordinate successful and timely delivery of data and integration and enhancements to enable more personalized communication.
  • Build on, coordinate, and deliver the personalized communications test and learn program across Email, SMS, Push, in-app, and digital advertising channels.
  • Imputing into and deliver initial personalized communications use cases utilizing data integrations and enhancements.
To be successful in this role:
  • 5+ years' experience in CRM and digital marketing
  • Extensive data driven marketing and analytics expertise
  • Experience operating within a complex, fast paced environment
  • Experience running test and learn programs
  • MarTech literacy, experience leading data and tech integrations & enhancements for personalized communications
  • Tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing or Business
  • Campaign planning & delivery
  • 1:1 marketing expertise across digital channels
  • Customer segmentation & targeting
  • Project management
  • Stakeholder management
