As ANZ Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with sales to develop and execute the local B2B marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, growth and nurture journey aligned to the country business plan. This will entail campaign development, lead management, database health, analytics and reporting to drive top of the funnel leads, marketing qualified leads & sales accepted opportunities. As a member of the marketing team, you will act as a brand ambassador and social media advocate in the field.

Reporting into APAC Head of Marketing based in Singapore and ANZ Country Business Lead based in Sydney, you will need to be self motivated with the ability to work autonomously with little direction. You will also be responsible for one Marketing Associate who will directly report into you.

  • Experience working in similar well rounded Marketing Management roles
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing and delivering end2end integrated marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Senior stakeholder management
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) will be highly regarded
  • Proficiency with content marketing, online marketing and social media strategy
  • Established press and media contacts will be highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align and work in partnership with the sales team to generate pipeline and drive key business priorities supported by key marketing initiatives
  • Work in partnership with the central marketing team to develop campaign assets relevant for the local markets
  • Plan and develop co-marketing plans with key business partners to drive lead generation, demand and generate pipeline. Provide co-marketing guidance, co-marketing funds, track, measure and reporting
  • Drive awareness of the brand in the ANZ market via press and social media advocacy programs
  • Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Develop customer references in partnership with the sales team to drive customer advocacy and referrals
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, measuring, analysis, and optimise accordingly aligned with budget management
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with key stakeholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
