Chandler Macleod are excited to be working with our client who are leading global manufacturers of precision instruments and services for use in laboratories and manufacturing as we are seeking a Service Marketing Specialist.

This role is to commence ASAP, working standard business hours Monday- Friday 8.00am- 4.30pm, based in the CBD with a competitive salary on offer of $50,000K- $55,000 plus super depending on experience (+ 3.5% incentive). *Please note, depending on commencement date, working from home may be required however once all restrictions are lifted, this role will be office based.

    SUMMARY
    This position is responsible for assisting the Product Manager for Service with the development, introduction, marketing and on-going maintenance of a suite of Service Products for sale to our client-ANZ customers. The Service Data & Marketing Specialist is also responsible for assisting preparation of service data for future SAP implementation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of Service Products, including: Pricing, Promotion, Market/ DIV position with an alignment plan for SAP
  • Development of the underlying Data Systems (iBase, Service CRM) to support the growth of the service business
  • Entering and maintenance warranty contracts into SMS
  • Conversion of legacy contracts in preparation for SAP transition
  • Responsibility for the growth of Contract value and coverage in targeted areas
  • Data preparations for SAP transition, mapping products with internal service hierarchy
  • Preparation of monthly service reports for management
  • Other duties as assigned
