The Maritime security identification card officer will be supporting the administrative department alongside performing data entry.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Generalist admin duties
  • Ensuring responses and follow up are completed on a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers with a high level of professionalism

To be successful you will bring:
  • 3 years of experience in admin, maritime industry is preferred
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
  • Current or valid MSIC qualification (Desirable)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS office
