We are seeking a talented Organisational Development professional to join our team and contribute to helping our community flourish.
Manager - Organisational Development & Learning is a challenging and rewarding position within Council which will provide an opportunity for the successful person to make a positive impact. Reporting to the Manager - People Safety and Culture, this position has 5 direct reports and will be primarily focused on:

  • Identifying, designing and managing projects aimed at the improvement of:
    o Culture & engagement
    o Leadership coaching and development
    o Learning and development
    o Succession planning
    o Change management - workplace culture and engagement
  • Manage the business unit budget
  • Develop tools, internal communications and surveys focused on culture and engagement
  • Improve retention and career progression for high performers through talent development programs

Develop metrics and tools to quantify and report on effectiveness of Organisational Development initiatives

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience managing Organisational Development requirements across a large complex structure
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
