Our client is a leading civil construction company working with top tier mining clients across Western Australia.

Currently they are seeking a Maintenance Superintendent - Fixed Plant to join the growing team in a permanent capacity to manage maintenance operations and provide leadership to maintenance crews ensuring a safe system of work and environment.

Accountabilities include, however are not limited to:
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the teams
  • Management of maintenance operations and work schedules
  • Conduct area and equipment inspections
  • Track maintenance performance
  • Ensure effect resource allocation
  • Review fixed plant performance
  • Review plant life cycle plans
  • Maintain materials and supply chain
  • Monitor work of subcontractors
  • Diagnose and fault find
  • Prepare and monitor budgets
  • Help deliver department goals and meet KPIS
About you:

You will bring 10 years' experience in mining and the resources sector at a supervisor level and within fixed plant and mobile plant maintenance, ideally with dam tailings and bulk earthworks experience. You will be an effectuive perople manager and have a clear focus on Zero Harm together with strong organisational and planning skills. Experience working for a medium to large mine operator is essential.
