Due to recent developments, our Client has the exciting permanent opportunity of a Maintenance Manager for their site based in Hanwood NSW.
Reporting to the Site Engineer this role requires a trade qualified, self-motivated person who can demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensure the maintenance department operates efficiently, comply to the Company's policies and procedures as well as to Statutory and Legal requirements.
- Manage resources such that maintenance requests are prioritized appropriately to meet the business needs and expectations.
- Drive and model a leadership style and behavior that always supports a safety culture.
- Managing the departmental budget.
- Drive cultural change through effective leadership and empower all staff members within the team to unleash their full potential.
- Manage people to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements: - Strong system experience in MEX maintenance system.
- Maintenance Management experience.
- Dual electrical and mechanical background is preferred.
- Ability to work afternoon shifts and weekends on an on-call basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
