We are looking for a strong administrator to schedule corrective and planned maintenance and liaise with key stakeholders to provide advice and support. This is an extremely fast-paced role with a well-known national client which requires a high level of resilience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

About the role:
  • High volume of data entry into the maintenance system MEX, which includes inputting work orders, labour hours, and parts/consumables
  • Ordering and retrieving spare parts for scheduled maintenance works
  • Coordinate and plan maintenance jobs using MEX for predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance works
  • Prepare schedules for internal staff and external contractors using MEX
  • Liaise with key stake holders within the business for scheduling purposes to ensure minimal downtime
  • Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance works

Skills & Experience:
  • Sound understanding of maintenance planning within FMCG (preferred)
  • Experience and knowledge of MEX software (preferred)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills - to make on the spot decisions
  • High level of computing skills
  • Have a reliable method of transport to the site
  • Must have full working rights within Australia (VISA holders are encouraged to apply)
  • Double vaccination against Covid-19
