Chandler Macleod are seeking motivating Machine Operators to join our client, located in Noble Park, who continue to lead the journey towards making sustainable steel in Australia.

Benefits - Ongoing shifts to Full Time Capacity

Shifts

  • Monday to Friday
  • Dayshift - 7am - 3.30pm
  • Afternoon Shift - 3pm - 11.30pm

    Tasks included and not limited to:
  • Experience in machine operations in the steel industry (highly regarded)
  • Loading and unloading trucks with overhead gantry crane (highly regarded)
  • Able to perform manual handling duties and repetitive tasks
  • Safety focused as a priority
  • Forklift experience (advantageous)

    The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:
  • Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Communicates well
  • Able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
  • Mechanically minded
  • Motivated and good timekeeping
  • Experience in steel industry highly advantageous but not essential

    Successful applications will be required to pass Pre-employment checks as per normal requirement.
