Our client is seeking to engage a Liquidity Management Service Officer on a contract for 9 months.

Position Overview

This role will be responsible for daily product support for Liquidity Management Services and Account Services products across AU and NZ. This includes running daily reports, responding to client/stakeholder queries and issues, liaising with regional and global teams on new product rollouts, issue resolution and production fixes. Several ongoing projects include Audit requests, Libor migration, Balance reporting, Pricing analysis, Process automation, New Product rollouts and ICAP remediation. The Product Manager will work closely with local stakeholders, including but not limited to, Relationship Managers, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Technology & Operations and Regional / Global product colleagues.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Run daily reports
  • Define product value proposition
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with regional and global teams on new product developments and issue resolution
  • Assist in achieving project deliverables.
  • Ensure the delivery of system and product enhancements as per business requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement to the end-to-end processes including Sales, Implementation, and backend Operations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, changes, and the regulatory environment

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • Business/Industry knowledge/competencies
    • Good understanding of Treasury & Trade Services products; particularly Liquidity & Account Services Products (Preferred)
    • Sound knowledge of AU & NZ clearing systems and banking platforms
    • Good data analytic skills
    • Up-to-date understanding of competitor offerings

  • Qualifications
    • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Economics or other commercial disciplines
  • Description of minimum work experience required for this role
    • Experience in professional banking/finance services environment
