Our client is a well known and established insurance claims company and they are looking for a Liability Claims Account Manager based in both Sydney and Melbourne CBD. They currently have multiple opportunities for a self motivated and proactive team members to join their team in a hybrid environment.

This is an ideal position for someone with a law degree and paralegal experience within the insurance industry who can take ownership of portfolios.

The Role:

  • Taking ownership and keeping maintenance of a portfolio of files
  • Maintaining the client relationship in order to achieve superior results
  • Having ownership and maintenance of trust accounts where appropriate
  • Competent use of systems and processes in claim management
  • Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members and creating a positive working environment
  • Supporting the achievement of company goals and visions


Skills & Experience:

  • Broad understanding of the insurance industry (preferably 2+ years of experience)
  • Paralegal experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Effective negotiation and advocacy abilities
