Our client is a National leader in packaging.

They have recently refurbished their warehouse and is now sate of the art. They require an additional storeman that has a high work ethic and enjoys a clean, professional environment.

Duties include:

  • Operation of Turret and forklift trucks which requires working at heights
  • Picking, packing, staging and distribution of goods
  • RF Scanning
  • Processing of inbound and outbound orders
  • Returns and management process
  • Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse and cycle counting
  • Replenishment of stock
  • Other duties as required

  • Compliance to the company's Health, Safety, Environment & Food Safety and any legislative standards and policies
  • Experience working in a high-volume warehouse and distribution environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Experience in pick/pack and dispatch/receivals
  • Computer Literacy Skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, technical and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Be prepared to work rotating shifts
  • A proven track record of attention to detail, delivering safety, quality and continuous improvement processes
  • Demonstrate Initiative
  • Current High Risk Work Licence for Order Picking Forklift licence (LO) and/or Forklift (LF) plus relevant experience
  • Turret truck driving and handling experience (or equivalent equipment type)
  • Use of RF Scanners and SAP guided WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills
    Desirable
  • Experience in supporting stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Previous experience working in order picking, warehousing or logistics environment

    The successful applicant will be required to underge a premeployment medical.
