We are currently seeking a Leasing Officer for a large company for a temporary position until September 2022 located in Leederville.

  • 38 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate responses, investigate and resolve exceptions for the Lease reconciliation in accordance with Australian Accounting Standard applying to leases (AASB 16 Leases).
  • Plan and coordinate procurement requirements for Lease INs and process requisitions as per procurement guidelines and related established policies and standards.
  • Manage Purchase Orders and coordinate/submit rental claims for on time landlord payments.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of Property Management processes and change initiatives.
  • Capturing new leases, creating new files, lease renewals, terminations, and rental increases on SAP.
  • Undertake quarterly CPI increases and fixed rental reviews on individual leases.
  • Invoice all charges and fees to Water Corporation tenants and follow up on arrears.
  • Process and record payments through the leasing group including legal invoices and recovery of legal fees.
  • Preparing KPI's for lead team meetings.
  • Obtaining monthly utility readings for tenanted properties and processing the invoices on Grange.
  • Maintaining tenancy schedules to ensure accuracy of all lease information and costs, liaise as required as regards rents and charges and ensure all insurances are current.
  • Assist with rental and expenditure budgets and finance across the property section.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly workflow reports to regions.
  • Centre of expertise for the section on SAP & Grange Systems.
  • Providing support to facilities and accommodation within Property Management.
  • Management of the JTWC Car Parking and Carpooling applications.
