Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS4 Learning Designer on a contract for 6-12 Months, with potential extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to enable the implementation and delivery of a suite of programs.
  • Providing high quality service to senior executives and agencies through providing accurate and timely program information, answering queries and scheduling program components.
  • Managing registrations, enrolments and all program logistics through the client's Learning Management System.
  • Monitoring, maintaining and reporting on financial and activity data for the leadership programs.
  • Reporting business activity to Team Leader, Assistant Director, Director and Group Manager.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Working productively with others to help provide a professional APS learning and development service that is responsive, agile and cost effective and focussed on quality outcomes.
  • Supporting and developing APS4 team members both direct reports and within the team broadly

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline clearance.
