We are seeking someone who has:
  • Current Class HR or MR Driver Licence
  • Nationally accredited certificate of competency for LL – Front End Loader

Working across our Tamworth depot, this role will enable you to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and productive environment. You will work closely with the Tamworth landfill team to provide a high level of service, support and maintenance in the operation of Council's waste and resource recovery facilities.

We are looking for:

A motivated team player with a 'can do' attitude. You will have experience in the operations of heavy plant and machinery to undertake routine Waste Management tasks. In this varied role some of the activities will be screening and sorting incoming waste, operating and maintaining plant as well as weigh bridge operations. You will have a safety-first attitude and the ability to take initiative. 

About the Role
  • Operating on a 7 day roster
  • Work Hours 7am-5pm
  • Immediate start available
