About the role:
The role is a Permanent position to support the Time program of work, specifically in the area of Dimensions, to ensure current and future process, systems and controls are fit for purpose and create a smarter, simpler digital people experience. The role will partner with local SMEs to identify and implement continuous improvement within Australia & New Zealand team to ensure functional components of the Dimensions system are supported, optimised, aligned and adopted across Australia & New Zealand.

This role is a WFH or Office position and is open to anyone in Victoria, NSW or Queensland.

Responsibilities:


Maintenance:

  • Dimensions Inbound and Outbound file processing monitoring.
  • Organisation & Job Structure Maintenance
  • Employee Dimensions Account maintenance and support
  • Management / Maintenance of Pay / Leave codes and associated Pay rules
  • Manager Account Maintenance
  • Public Holiday Maintenance


Training and Knowledge Support:

  • Providing input into the design and continuous update of training materials and frameworks.
  • Delivery and facilitation of Q&A sessions with end users, managers and senior leaders across the market unit
  • Development and facilitation of Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly training sessions with end users, managers and senior leaders across the market unit
  • Creation of the Super User Model
  • Creation of the process for mat leave/long term absence


Compliance Reporting / Monitoring:

  • Perform compliance reporting & monitoring
  • Pay cycle file extract & processing


System Configuration Management

  • Responsible for Kronos (Workforce Dimensions - CRT, Pay rules, Accruals and Business location set-up) payroll system configuration, ensuring data integrity through audits and report writing


About you:
You will ideally have the following skills:

  • Strong Kronos/Dimensions background, with at least 3+ years exp
  • Exposure to Workday, payroll, rostering for high volumes of staff and good understanding of pay rules
  • Previous HRIS analyst type background would be very favourable
  • Familiar with working in fast-paced project environments as we'll need them to hit the ground running with minimal training
  • Experience delivering training and maintenance of knowledge articles & training documents
