The Role

Our client is a large ASX listed organisation with a well-established, commercial brand. They are seeking a Kronos Specialist to be responsible for maintaining all facets of Kronos setup, payrule testing, award interpretation and engaging in continuous improvement activities. This is a permanent fulltime position based in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.

The Responsibilities

  • Support operational business units in establishing payroll system functionalities, structuring levels of access and enabling systems processing of EA provisions as intended and in line with legal requirements
  • Support the payroll team and extended HR team providing systems expertise
  • Maintain interfaces between Kronos and other payroll related systems
  • Contribute to identifying efficiencies in payroll processing & systems, and engaging in continuous improvement activities

Skills & Experience

  • Either Accounting, Finance, Business and/or payroll qualification
  • Payroll Experience: 5 + years
  • A strong understanding of systems - Kronos
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant Industrial Acts, Superannuation Guarantee Legislation, Awards and Agreements & Australian tax legislation
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Extensive experience in large organisations
