We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Advisor for a 6 month assignment based in Brisbane's Southside with a flexible work from home arrangement.

This is a great opportunity to further your experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment with an immediate start. We are looking for someone for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to transition to a permanent role

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete end to end recruitment
  • On boarding of candidates including reference checks, booking medicals etc
  • Phone screening of candidates
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Answer general enquires

Personal and professional attributes of successful candidate

  • Previous experience within a high-volume Recruitment environment - Internal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work to strict compliance
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs of the business
