Our Client is an Employer of Choice in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, they provide an essential service for the local community area and we are proud to partner with them to assist with recruiting their current opportunity.

Our client are seeking an Internal Recruiter for a 12 month fixed term contract to assist with all facets of Internal Recruitment.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Internal stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process
  • External liaison with Candidates and Agencies
  • Compliance with all on-boarding documents as required
  • Reference checking
  • Coordination of Interviews
  • Initial screening and interviewing as well as managing referrals
  • Assisting other members of the Recruitment team with any specific needs
  • Administration and updating of the internal Recruitment system (Success Factors)


Ideally you will come from a background in high volume internal recruitment or agency recruitment at high volume level
You will have a minimum of 5 years recruitment experience
You can demonstrate the ability to multi-task
You can demonstrate the ability to pick up new HR systems quickly and have a experience using MS Office
You have the ability to work from the office location or be flexible to work from home as required

This role will require a full background and reference check prior to commencement.
