An outstanding opportunity has arisen from experienced customer service professionals to join a state-wide in-bound Information Centre.

As an Information Phone Line Officer, you will assist customers in identifying their legal problems, provide legal information and responsibilities and provide the appropriate referral.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming calls by identifying customer requirements
  • Provide information by telephone about the legal process, guidelines and alternative services
  • Participate in training, skills development by attending team conferences, call monitoring and on the job mentoring
  • Assist in the ongoing improvement of information databases
  • Provide and maintain a positive and professional image by delivering a quality service to customers by telephone

    Your core capabilities:
  • Extensive experience in a call centre or customer services environment
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Sound literacy and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with all customers
  • Need to be able to provide a valid/current NPC (completed within the last 12-months)

    Team members will work a minimum of 2 shifts per week with each shift lasting 3-4 hours (8:50am to 1pm and 1pm to 4pm). Must be available to commit to 2-weeks of full-time training and available to start immediately.
