Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an EL1 & EL2 Information Campaign on a contract until November 2021, with potential extension.

Position Overview

Our Client conducts a number of different communications activities to support and promote new or existing policies, programs or initiatives. For these positions, our client is seeking three (3) key persons equivalent to an EL2 (x1) and an EL1 (x2) with experience in communications roles or delivering communication products. The experience may include conducting information campaigns for government, developing promotional materials, redeveloping websites, conducting market research, briefing Ministers and senior executives and navigating government approval processes. The key persons will function as a small team and will require a level of autonomy in actioning the prescribed tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities (EL1):

  • Assist in the delivery of government information campaigns
  • Adhere to all protocols and processes for government approvals
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the redevelopment of website content
  • Assist in procurement processes related to communications activities
  • Assist in communicating with the relevant Minister and Defence Senior Executives, including preparing written briefs
  • Operate successfully as a member of a small team
  • Develop content for the delivery of promotional materials including digital media content

  • Manage procurement processes related to communication activities
  • Manage communication with the relevant Minister and Defence Senior Executives, including preparing written briefs
  • Lead a small team
  • Lead the development of promotional materials including digital media content
  • Manage process of market research conducted by consultants in relation to communications activities.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be required to have a Baseline clearance.
