Reporting to the Industrial Relations Manager and Site Manager, this role is available due to demands within the business. If you are looking to move forward in your career with a well recognised, respected brand this role may be what you are looking for.

The Industrial Relations Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the administration duties for the IR Coordinator, working within the company's guidelines, meeting customer requirements and achieving other requirements as directed by Site Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Reviewing pay levels under Awards and Enterprise Agreements
* Assisting in the interview process for conversions of temp to perm employees
* Assisting with the end to end recruitment process
* Filing and general administration duties
* Running and providing reports to the relevant stakeholders
* Creating and updating records within the Client's vSure, Morpho and Kronos systems
* Management of employee's site access cards

Critical Skills & Experience required
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Excellent literacy skills
* Excellent time management and ability to follow procedures
* High proficiency in the use of computers and software systems
* Be a professional individual with the ability to treat all information as confidential

This position will be approximately 20 hours per week, with the work days/hours able to be negotiated to meet the needs of both the successful candidate and the business.
