  • Negotiation and minute taking
  • Issuing paperwork sent from FairWork
  • Ensuring all staff members are correctly covered under the award
  • Working within timelines and meeting strict deadlines
  • Following up action items

    About you;
  • Great communication skills
  • EA experience
  • Team player
  • Ideally, mining or manufacturing experience
  • You will be expected to travel to Nowra once a week, all expenses covered
