We are currently seeking customer service professionals to work for an award-winning organisation, in a remote call centre team based from the South side of Brisbane. A great opportunity for customer service candidates who are looking for the flexibility to work from home 80% of the time.

About the role:

  • You will be dealing with a wide variety of customer queries and sales enquiries
  • You will be providing a solutions-based approach to each individual query
  • You will be required to complete any associated processing administration
  • You will be taking on average 40-80 calls per day, and working on a daily basis towards quality and customer service targets/indicators

About you:

  • You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong attention to detail
  • You will have intermediate to advanced computer skills and a highly level of data entry accuracy
  • You will have the ability to analyse and solve problems with sound decision making and problem-solving skills
  • You will have previous experience within a sales orientated or call centre environment is desirable
  • Candidates with retail and hospitality backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

Benefits:

  • Monday 6th February 2022 start date
  • Permanent role
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday, rotating rosters between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm
  • South Brisbane location
  • $69,000 inclusive of super + commission
  • Working from home 4 days per week, 1 day per week in the office
