Primary purpose of the role:


Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Technical Business Analyst is responsible in driving the creation human-centred designs and help coordinate project teams to implement technology changes into useable IT products that mitigates IT Security risks..

Key accountabilities:

  • Identify stakeholders and collect business, functional, non-functional, & security requirements
  • Define business need, assess capability gap, and define solution approach
  • Define product backlog, epic, user story, and story points
  • Manage solution scope and prioritise requirements (product backlog management)
  • Collect and document "as-is" processes, application features / integrations, and data constructs
  • Define and document "to-be" processes, application features / integrations, and data constructs
  • Define access request, approval, and fulfilment workflows
  • Design business and application roles based on current entitlements and business requirements
  • Define data conversion requirements
  • Coordinate & collaborate with other teams to ensure system built as designed
  • Implement data conversion requirements
  • Provide input during test design and review test cases
  • Ensure applications developed as design, and drive the resolution of defects
  • Ensure applications deployed into production as designed
  • Participate in go-live activity to ensure successful production environment
  • Complete operational handover to run team and lead user training
  • Support organisational change management during post go-live warranty period

    Essential requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years in Information Technology, preferably 3 years in Identity and Access Management domain
  • Experience with medium to large (3,000+ user) organisation
  • Experience in Agile Project Delivery, preferably as a Scrum Product Owner
  • Full understanding of user access lifecycle and authentication processes.
  • Past experience in Software Development for Identity & Access Management systems will be highly regarded
