We are now seeking an ICT Technical End User Experience Officer to support and administer the delivery of innovative and effective End User Computing environment, and work within the program team to meet the learning and adoption needs of users with new technology.

Why the team needs you
Reporting directly to Technology Program Manager, this position will Support the ICT Program team to identify digital learning needs, assist in forward planning, and goal setting by maintaining knowledge of needs and trends in digital program delivery as well as.
  • Develop, schedule, deliver and evaluate programs and events that support the use of software
  • packages, electronics, electronic content creation and other relevant and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure end users are confident and capable with new technology
  • Deliver remote and/or in-person software training courses.
  • Provide insights into learning design and content based on best practice and client
  • feedback/experience.
  • Create comprehensive and intuitive training content for current and new feature releases.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of training plans and schedules

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, collaborative, and person-centred individual who has demonstrated ability to identify digital learning needs, develop, deliver, and evaluate programs and events that support the use of software packages, electronics, electronic content creation, and emerging technologies.

The successful applicant will have outstanding personal attributes including personal drive and integrity, sound written, verbal, and consultative communication skills as well as:
  • Ability to assist in forward planning and goal setting by maintaining knowledge of needs and trends in digital program delivery, working closely with Learning & Development team.
  • Ability to collect statistics, monitor and report against the key performance indicators of the digital learning program objectives.
  • Proven ability to ensure end users are confident and capable with new technology, including delivering remote and/or in-person software training courses.
  • Ability to provide insights into learning design and content based on best practice and client
  • feedback/experience and create comprehensive and intuitive training content for current and new feature releases.
  • Ability to contribute to the development and execution of training plans and schedules.
