We are seeking an experience ITC Manager to provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of information and communication technology and record management systems with a focus on continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.

Key accountabilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategies and delivery plans, including record management obligations, through strong stakeholder engagement and contemporary industry practices.
  • Ensure allocation of resources meets organisational requirements and identify where changed priorities occur that these are explicit and budgeted for.
  • Identify resource needs and ensure outcomes are achieved within budget and deadlines.
  • Manage risk and uncertainty that threaten the ICT infrastructure.
  • Ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to ICT contract delivery in line with agreed deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive and regular communication of attainment and/or variance of identified ICT objectives and goals.
  • Identify and communicate emerging issues or matters of interest (e.g. innovation opportunities) that relate to organisational objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Business Continuity Plan and ensure that the ICT Disaster Recovery / BCP remains valid and effective.
  • Provide leadership, direction and accountability to direct reports to ensure the achievement of effective, high quality, professional and timely provision of ICT and Record Management.
