Our WA client is seeking to engage a Human Resources Administrator on a temporary basis, Part Time Position (48hrs a fortnight).

To provide assistance to the Human Resources Section on all human resources related matters and actively contribute to ensuring an effective and professional service to the area’s internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective day to day administrative support to the Human Resources Section to ensure that the appropriate service levels are maintained, and operational targets are achieved
  • Undertake administrative tasks associated with end-to-end recruitment and Sectional meetings including arranging room set ups, contacting attendees and minute/note taking
  • Provide administrative support and advice on a range of Human Resources processes, referring any identified issues to the Coordinator Human Resources as follows:
       Employee Probations
       Temporary employment contracts
       Studies Assistance Program
       Staff Recognition Program
       Salary Reviews
       Exit Interviews
       Annual Staff Development Reviews
       Induction Program for new employees
  • Monitor and follow up as required, outstanding documentation from new and existing staff, including signed acceptance letters, Police Clearances, licences, Working with Children Checks and Australian working rights/visas etc
  • Provide back up and support to other members of the Human Resources team as required in order to meet operational objectives
Key Capabilities
  • Previous relevant experience preferably working within the Human Resources and/ Recruitment field
  • Possession of, or ability to acquire, a National Police Clearance Certificate (dated within the last twelve months)
